    针对具有模型不确定项的系统,本文提出了一种辅助信号结合冗余执行器的主动故障检测方法来检测微小故障. 首先,以提升故障灵敏度和抗干扰鲁棒性为指标,构建最优观测器得到残差信号. 之后引入辅助输入信号来增大故障系统的残差,同时构建的冗余执行器可以避免辅助输入信号对无故障系统的影响. 此外,给出了随模型不确定项变化的自适应阈值构建方法降低故障检测的保守性. 本文提出的主动故障检测方法对无故障系统不造成影响,当故障发生时残差迅速变化且高于阈值以实现快速检测. 最后,仿真对比验证了本文方法的有效性.

    Abstract:

    For the system with model uncertainty, an active fault detection method based on auxiliary signals andredundant actuators is proposed to detect micro faults. Firstly, the optimal observer is constructed to obtain the residual signal by improving the fault sensitivity and anti-interference robustness. Then, an auxiliary input signal is introduced to increase the residual error of the fault system. At the same time, a redundant actuator is constructed to avoid the influence of the auxiliary input signal on the fault free system. In addition, an adaptive threshold construction method is proposed to reduce the conservatism of fault detection. When the fault occurs, the residual changes rapidly and is higher than the threshold value to achieve fast detection. Finally, the simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
