    摘要:

    为进一步提升第四方物流(4PL)对多第三方物流(3PL)协同配送网络的适应能力,提出了考虑3PL承载能力时变的4PL协同路径定制问题(4PLCRCPV)。建立了允许货物在节点等待的非线性数学模型。根据问题具有同时选择路径、3PL及节点等待时间的特点,设计了基于蚁群算法和人工蜂群算法的两阶段混合智能算法(ACO-ABC)。第一阶段选择路径,使用蚁群算法得到问题的满意解;第二阶段选择优势路段的3PL,利用人工蜂群算法搜索问题的最优解。数值实验中,通过ACO-ABC与启发式算法和其它智能算法的比较,验证了算法的有效性。实验分析表明,在4PLCRCPV中,允许货物等待不仅可以节省总的运输费用,还可以发挥4PL在协同路径定制中整合资源、节省费用的能力。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the Fourth Party Logistics’ adaptive ability of the multi-Third Party Logistics (3PL) suppliers’ collaborative transportation network, the 4PL Collaborative Routing Customization Problem with Varied 3PL suppliers’ abilities (4PLCRCPV) is proposed. A nonlinear mathematic model which allows waiting on the transit node is built. According to the problem which needs to consider the selection of the routes, 3PLs and the waiting time simultaneously, a two-stage hybrid algorithm which embedded Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) and Artificial Bee Colony (ABC) algorithms is designed, where ACO is used to find a route as the satisfy solution in the first stage and ABC is employed to choose better 3PLs in the second stage. In the algorithm analysis, the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified by testing the problem under the different node numbers and the different algorithms’ comparison. In the analysis of the experimental results, by analyze whether to wait and whether to consider the time-varying capacity of the 3PL suppliers, it not only shows that the proper waiting cannot only save the total transportation cost, but also proves that the 4PL suppliers have the ability to integrate resources and save costs in the collaborative path customization processes.
