    摘要:

    炼钢-连铸批量计划与生产调度是实现钢铁生产降本增效的重要途径,传统“分而治之”的编制方法由于多种不确定因素的影响,降低了已有方案的可执行性,难以保证大规模钢铁生产物流资源与时间的动态平衡,产品结构与产能的柔性匹配。本文从数学建模和优化方法两个角度对国内研究状况进行综述的基础上,主要针对不确定环境下大规模炼钢-连铸批量计划与生产调度问题,论述了基于拉氏松弛框架的一体化调度方法研究现状及展望。

    Abstract:

    Steelmaking-continuous casting batch planning and production scheduling are important ways to reduce costs and increase efficiency in steel production. The traditional "divide and conquer" compilation method is affected by many uncertain factors. Reduce the practicability of existing solutions, and it is difficult to ensure the dynamic balance of logistics resources and time for large-scale steel production. Flexible matching of product structure and capacity.This article is based on an overview of domestic research from the perspectives of mathematical modeling and optimization methods. Mainly for large-scale steelmaking-continuous casting batch planning and production scheduling problems under uncertain environments. Discusses the research status and prospects of integrated scheduling methods based on Laplace relaxation framework.
