    摘要:

    牛鞭效应是指供应链管理订单制定环节中因信息扭曲造成的需求逐级放大的一种现象。本文针对供应链中的节点企业,在订货点法的基础上加以改进构建新的订单制定规则,然后构建H_∞控制器来达到抑制牛鞭效应的目的,从而降低供应链整体成本。订单制定环节由企业订单规则和需求预测两个部分组成。为应对需求持续上升时安全库存会发散的情况,在订货点法的基础上设计出PI 补充策略下的新订单规则。此外,以系统的H_∞范数与供应链牛鞭效应的指标定义相同为基础,引入H_∞ 控制器来代替预测函数。仿真结果表明,本文设计的PI 补充策略下的H_∞ 控制器法与传统的订单制定算法相比,可以有效削减牛鞭效应,并且使企业库存始终维持在一个安全稳定的状态。

    Abstract:

    The bullwhip effect refers to a phenomenon in which the demand is gradually amplified in the order process of supply chain management. It is caused by the distortion of demand information. Focus on one node enterprise in the supply chain, the article constructs a new order-making rule based on the order-up-to method, and then builds an H_∞ controller to attenuate the bullwhip effect. The method can reduce the overall cost of the supply chain. The order-making process is composed of two parts: order-making rules and demand forecasting. When the demand continues to rise , the safety stock status will diverge. A new order rule under the PI supplement rule is designed based on the order-up-to method. In addition, based on the H_∞ norm of the system being the same as the definition of a bullwhip effect indicator in supply chain, the H_∞ controller is used to replace the prediction function. The simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the bullwhip effect, and the enterprise inventory can always maintain in a stable state.
