    回转窑作为水泥窑炉煅烧过程的核心热工设备,其正常运转率与产量、能耗以及产品质量紧密相关。由于回转窑内部反应温度高且装置持续旋转,接触式温度传感器无法安装在窑内核心反应区域,而筒扫系统通过红外扫描装置能够实时监测回转窑筒体表面温度并间接反映窑内热工状况。本文提出了一种基于筒扫图像和2D-OTSU边缘检测的回转窑异常工况识别新方法。该方法通过相对熵概念计算得到了模型权重系数并以此构建了基于灰度梯度和局部灰度标准差信息的融合模型,同时利用1D-OSTU预搜索策略提升了算法效率。此外,本文给出了一种2D双阈值检测阈值分割策略以保证边缘的连续性。采用工业现场实际的回转窑筒扫图像对所提方法与两种1D-OSTU方法进行比较研究,结果表明所提方法的检测率分别提高了7.14%和34.83%,单位误报次数分别降低了62.4%和70.9%,能够有效地检测回转窑内异常工况,提高回转窑运行周期。

    Abstract:

    Rotary Kiln is the core thermal reaction equipment of cement calcination process, whose operation state is closely related to the yield, the energy consumption and the quality of products. Contact temperature measurement can not be installed in the core area inside the kiln due to high temperature and continuous rotation. Rotary Kiln Shell Scanning System(RKSSS) is available to monitor the temperature of kiln shell and reflect the thermal condition inside the kiln indirectly in real time. A new method of abnormal conditions identification which is based on 2D-OTSU-Edge-Detection is proposed in this paper. Using the relative entropy, such method figures out weight coefficient of the model, and thus constructs a fusion model consists of gray gradient information and local gray standard deviation information. At the same time, 1D-OSTU pre-searching strategy is adopted to improve the efficiency of the algorithm. By applying images from the RKSSS, the proposed method is tested and compared with two 1D-OTSU methods. The results demonstrate that the proposed method made a promotion of 7.14% and 34.83% in detection rate, and 62.4% and 70.9% in false alarm probability. Therefore, the proposed method is available to detect the abnormal condition and to extend operation cycle of the rotary kiln.
