    摘要:

    针对决策者在实际决策过程中表现出参照依赖和损失规避的现象,提出一种考虑决策者心理行为的灰色多属性群体决策方法.首先,利用“奖优罚劣”变换算子对原始决策信息进行规范化处理,以充分反映“奖优罚劣”思想;其次,依据决策群体信息,计算两两方案关于属性相比较时收益和损失的优势度,整合得备选方案的全局优势度;再次,根据极大熵准则和群体意见一致性原则构建决策者权重优化模型,求出备选方案的综合价值并对其排序择优;最后,通过案例分析表明本文方法的可行性、合理性和实用性.

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the fact of reference dependence and loss averse of decision makers in the actual decision making process, a grey multi-attribute group decision making method with consider the psychological behavior of decision makers is proposed. First, to fully reflect the idea of “rewarding the good and punishing the bad”, the original decision information is normalized by using the “rewarding the good and punishing the bad” transformation operator. Then, the global priority of alternatives is obtained by calculating the priority of benefit-loss value of each alternative relative to other alternatives about attributes under decision makers. Furthermore, to calculate the comprehensive value of alternatives and rank them, a weight model of decision makers is constructed according to the maximum entropy and group"s consistency. Finally, a case analysis is given to show the feasibility, rationality and practicability of the proposed method.
